Job descriptionFresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in application support across distributed environments Knowledge or experience in the following platforms is an advantage : Microsoft SQL Server React Native Crystal Reports Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is an added advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English Able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Good understanding of support processes and change management Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and also a reliable team player Salary Range : RM2,500 to RM3,500

- Support business and HR-related applications
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and application issues
- Perform Level 2 / Level 3 (L2 / L3) troubleshooting
- Conduct system requirement studies and prepare detailed documentation
- Assist in project implementation, coordination, and system enhancement
- Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to understand and resolve application-related issues
