Description

Lead and optimize well intervention and completion operations across shallow and deep‑water environments, ensuring productivity, safety, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enhance well intervention performance in both shallow and deep‑water environments.
• Lead department‑level performance monitoring, including the development and management of tracking systems and performance databases.
• Provide functional support in identifying and assessing risks associated with wells and well operations.
• Optimize and improve current intervention and workover well operating practices to boost productivity, reduce mechanical issues, and ensure safety standards are met.
• Deliver technical support to project teams on matters related to well completion, workover, and well intervention activities.
• Apply practical experience in well control and various well intervention conveyance methods to support ongoing operations.
