On-Site Response to quality issues to identify and resolve supplier quality and supplier process related issues to achieve defined Yield, Productivity and Quality targets
Drive and or initiate programs on NPI and Supply chain to develop supplier manufacturing processes and quality issues
Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement to improve Supplier’s Overall performance
Monitor and continually improve Supplier’s quality performance, generate monthly Suppler performance report and conduct Supplier Business review with suppliers
Conduct Supplier audits and First Article qualification on parts
Participate in selection and qualification of new suppliers
Perform root cause analysis and prepare corrective / preventive action report; conduct failure analysis investigations on quality related issues
Continuously improve product quality, reducing reject and to bring company’s quality performance to highest level
Responsible for reviewing all inspections and quality performance reports related to Suppliers
Support internal and external audits
Qualifications / Requirements
Vendor Management experience is preferred
Minimum 2 years of SQE Experience preferred
Experience in Managing and resolving parts / processes issues
Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle Supplier to derive results
Ability to write / generate reports is a must
Good understanding of Quality Management system and tools
