Job descriptionA minimum of 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk (sub-sale experience preferred) Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files independently Basic familiarity with Bank & Land Office relevant systems related to property transactions Multilingual (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage) @gmail.com
Responsibilities
- Handle and assist Sale and Purchase Agreements and loan documentation process
- Liaise with Banks, Government Authorities and Land Office on conveyancing matters
- Provide updates on case status
- Providing administrative support to the lawyer as needed
