Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Software Support Specialist / Customer Service position. The role involves providing support to Hong Kong clients using INFO-TECH accounting software. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer queries, troubleshooting software issues, and providing guidance on accounting processes. This specialist will also collaborate with the technical team to report and resolve software bugs.
Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for Hong Kong clients, handling support requests and system questions by phone and email.
- Solve technical issues and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Set up and adjust systems to fix software problems accurately.
- Use remote access to troubleshooting and resolve issues on client devices.
- Meet personal KPIs, support team goals, and follow company procedures.
- Assist with data migration and provide product training when required.
- Take part in special projects and pre-implementation meetings to support business needs.
Qualifications
Preferably Diploma or relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Good communication skills and able to speak, read in Cantonese , Chinese and English.Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field (Accounting / Finance / Audit is preferred). Customer service experience is a plus!Experience in accounting, accounting software and handling financial statements.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!Ability to work on-site Q Sentral (next to KL Sentral).The Package
