Requirements
- Achieve at least SPM education.
- Proven experience in reseller sales, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry,
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Strong understanding of reseller dynamics and traditional trade distribution models,
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets,
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills,
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools,
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
Sell-Through Management
Achieve and exceed sell-out targets by effectively managing assigned inventory and driving volume through a network of wholesale resellers.Business Development
Proactively identify and engage new resellers through both digitally through cold call and WhatsApp and in-person field sales.Account Management
Build, maintain, and manage strong, trust-based relationships with existing resellers to ensure sales performance and retention.Negotiation and Deal Structuring
Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities to optimize value for both the company and the resellers.Product and Market Expertise
Maintain a clear understanding of the company’s products, industry trends, and market dynamics.Product and Service Representation :
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services, ensuring alignment with each reseller’s needs and goals.Benefits
