Shipping Associate (DoB)

Overview

Role : Shipping Assistant (Deliver on Behalf)

Responsibilities

• Order Management : Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Customer Support : Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate problems to relevant departments when necessary.
• Coordination with Internal Teams : Coordinate with Shipping Team / Sales Team on DOB incoming order.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Credit Control Team on payment status, outstanding balances and customer account issues.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities related to delivery and invoicing.
• Ensure maintaining, filling, and storing documents with easy tracking.
• Support management with order-related data for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline order processing and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to relevant departments to enhance overall workflow and service quality.
