Overview
Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily site walks for routine inspection and day-to-day operations such as electrical equipment, office equipment, toilet equipment, civil & plumbing.
- Assist the Building Manager / Building Executive to perform maintenance and repair works of the common areas such as mechanical and electrical, plumbing, civil and structural etc.
- Check and rectify all defects / complaints reported by tenants / occupants.
- Monitor, supervise and verify all minor plumbing repairs and rectification works performed by the contractors.
- Carry out Minor Repairs & Maintenance works.
- Escorting Vendors for on-site preventive / reactive maintenance work.
- Provide 1st Level Breakdown support as per the SLA.
