This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Trainer based in Georgetown. As a BPO Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting training sessions, evaluating employee performance and providing feedback, creating training materials, and updating training programs based on evolving client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including conducting training sessions and creating training materials.
• Knowledge of BPO processes and best practices, including performance evaluation and feedback.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for training purposes.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
