Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in marketing strategy development and digital advertising.
- Preferably experience in education, corporate training, professional services, or B2B industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM, Email Automation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Creative, organized, and results-driven with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with MEIKO’s business goals.Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), and other digital channels.Create, manage, and optimize engaging content across all digital platforms to drive brand engagement and generate leads.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in the executive education and training sectors.Collaborate closely with sales, program development, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall company objectives.Benefits
