Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in marketing strategy development and digital advertising.
  • Preferably experience in education, corporate training, professional services, or B2B industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM, Email Automation).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Creative, organized, and results-driven with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with MEIKO’s business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), and other digital channels.
  • Create, manage, and optimize engaging content across all digital platforms to drive brand engagement and generate leads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in the executive education and training sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, program development, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall company objectives.
