Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Install, calibrate, and validate laboratory instruments at customer sites.
Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware and software issues.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs according to service contracts or schedules.
Train end users on instrument operation, maintenance, and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and technical issues.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of Hands-on experience in equipment servicing or technical support (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
