Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in any discipline 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution Candidates with more experience but open to shift work are also welcome Strong attention to detail and research / investigative skills A self‑starter with passion for combating financial crimes and ensuring regulatory compliance Ability to interact effectively with Business Units, global colleagues and build effective working relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Open to work on a roster basis Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing Willingly to work on noon shift (2‑11 pm)

What you’ll do
- Investigate the alert‑triggered cases from transaction monitoring rules
- Perform on‑chain investigation with the use of Chainalysis / Elliptic
- Prepare the Suspicious Transaction Reports when needed
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all investigations and findings
- Ensure the quality, accuracy and timeliness of each investigation and task and achieve the productivity target
- Able to handle volume spikes and prioritize work and projects to meet business demands in a timely manner
- Be responsive to queries about the investigations and related risk mitigation measures raised by Business and Support Units
