Job Brief :
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements :
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as retail, manufacturing, or services.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company's focus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service.Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.Self-motivated and results-driven.High level of resilience and persistence in pursuing sales targets.Adaptability and willingness to learn new products or industries.Professional demeanor and appearance.Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for roles involving travel.
