Key Account Manager
Lyreco Group is seeking a Key Account Manager to operate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Prospect potential customers using direct methods such as calling and face‑to‑face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Fully responsible for the prospect tendering process and to follow any group guideline in accordance with customer contract signing.
- Oversee implementation of prospects and new wins customer portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction is established.
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
- Consistently achieve targets agreed with the Management.
- Establish good professional relationships with customers, and drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales.
- Draft and deliver proposals according to Lyreco standard in a timely manner.
- Report on sales activity accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending the company offering.
- Perform any other reasonable ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field of study.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills and corporate sales tendering process skills.Valid Malaysian driving license.Good verbal and written English.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in B2B industry or service sales industry handling corporate customers.Seniority Level
