As part of the operation and delivery team, you’ll play a key role in shaping ng-voice's voice. Together, we devise strategies to grow our brand, attract new customers, and excite our existing clients about our products.
The role can be located in Malaysia.
Tasks
What you’ll do :
- Ensure the continuous operation of the solution.
- Support clients’ tech teams 24 / 7 via online portal, phone, email, and chat.
- Manage incidents to resolve issues within the SLA, escalating when necessary.
- Troubleshoot IMS Telco or Cloud-related issues.
- Keep clients updated on progress.
- Monitor deployed solutions continuously.
- Improve internal processes and KPIs regularly.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate has :
Experience with Linux setup, administration, and operation.Knowledge of networking infrastructures including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.Debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark).Experience with IMS.Excellent communication and customer handling skills.Fluency in English.Availability to work in rotating shifts.Experience supporting technical clients and teams.Nice to have :
Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter.Experience with Kubernetes administration.Experience with public clouds like AWS and GCP.Experience in mobile networks (EPC and 5G).Benefits
