Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage VAT MY Plant 1A & 1B Building Services, including :
• Janitorial services, including cleaning and maintaining the facility.
• Landscaping services, including maintaining the grounds and exterior of the facility.
• Pest and hygiene control, including identifying and addressing pest and hygiene issues.
• Office furniture, including ordering, assembling, and maintaining furniture as needed.
• Develop and implement procedures and protocols for each service area to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor and maintain budgets for each service area and recommend cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall smooth operation of the facility.
• Maintain RBA and ISO compliance in daily operations.
