Job description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the project master schedule using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
Monitor progress of construction activities, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure schedules align with actual site conditions.
Track milestones, resource allocation, manpower, and equipment utilization.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting variances and risks.
Support cost control and budget tracking through earned value analysis.
Assist in risk identification and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Review and evaluate subcontractors' schedules and progress submissions.
Maintain proper planning documentation and records for compliance and audits.
Provide planning support to the Project Director and management team in decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of planning experience, preferably in highway or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Proficient in Primavera P6 and / or MS Project scheduling tools.

Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques (CPM, EVM).

Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work on-site in Sabah (Pan Borneo WP24).

Strong communication and coordination skills with project stakeholders.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Contract length : 36 months

Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
