Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project master schedule using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
- Monitor progress of construction activities, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure schedules align with actual site conditions.
- Track milestones, resource allocation, manpower, and equipment utilization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting variances and risks.
- Support cost control and budget tracking through earned value analysis.
- Assist in risk identification and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Review and evaluate subcontractors' schedules and progress submissions.
- Maintain proper planning documentation and records for compliance and audits.
- Provide planning support to the Project Director and management team in decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of planning experience, preferably in highway or large-scale infrastructure projects.Proficient in Primavera P6 and / or MS Project scheduling tools.Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques (CPM, EVM).Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Able to work on-site in Sabah (Pan Borneo WP24).Strong communication and coordination skills with project stakeholders.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
