Senior Architect (Contract – Johor Bahru)

Project : Addition & Alteration to Existing Podium and Construction of New Hotel Apartments in Johor Bahru

Contract Duration : 30 months (with potential extension based on project requirements)

We are seeking a passionate and capable Senior Architect to join our team for a high-profile A&A project in Johor Bahru. You will play a key role in driving design coordination, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project that blends innovation with functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders including client / building owner, building management, and consultants for design inputs and permit submissions.
• Manage authority submissions and facilitate site inspections and clearances.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from inception to handover, including chairing meetings, detailing procurement requirements, reviewing shop drawings, and approving materials and specifications.
• Attend periodic meetings in Singapore as part of project alignment.
