Job description

Client Industry : IT solutions and Managed IT Services Provider

Location : Subang Jaya (exactly next to BRT Sunway Line station)

Working Hours : 6am-3pm; 9am-6pm; 1pm-10pm; 5 : 30pm-2 : 30am; 9pm-6am

Off Days : 6 off days per month

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and handle customer inquiries via calls and e-mails till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.
  • Ensure the data are accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.

Key Requirements :

  • Education SPM or above
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
