Our client "Ocean Labs Technology Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Mid / Senior Backend Developer (C# .NET Core) to join their team

What you'll be doing?

  • Application Development : Develop robust .NET Core applications using modern design patterns to create scalable and efficient backend solutions that drive business success.
  • Database Management : Build and optimize complex SQL queries and MongoDB solutions to ensure fast and reliable data processing for high-traffic applications.
  • API Development : Create comprehensive RESTful APIs with advanced authentication and integrate third-party services to enable seamless system connectivity across platforms.
  • Message Processing : Implement cutting-edge message processing systems and develop effective caching strategies to achieve optimal application performance.
  • Cross-team Collaboration : Work closely with frontend teams to ensure smooth integration, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to the full development lifecycle.

Who are they looking for?

  • Core .NET Skills : Proficiency in .NET Core 8.0+ with extensive ASP.NET Core experience, enabling you to create comprehensive backend solutions.
  • Database Expertise : Strong SQL Server skills and MongoDB familiarity, with a knack for optimizing complex data requirements efficiently.
  • API Experience : Demonstrated expertise in RESTful API design and implementation, ensuring robust system connectivity.
  • Development Tools : Proficiency in various development tools and frameworks to enhance your workflow and productivity.
  • Professional Qualities : Strong clean code writing abilities, independent problem-solving skills, and adaptability to Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced Frameworks : Experience with ABP Framework would be advantageous for tackling complex enterprise applications.
  • Message Queues : Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka would be valuable for building scalable architectures.
  • Performance Tools : Implementation experience with Redis would be beneficial for high-performance applications.
  • Frontend Knowledge : Basic JavaScript understanding to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Legacy Systems : Experience with ASP.NET Zero customization and enterprise applications would be an added advantage.
  • Language Requirements : Ability to communicate in spoken Chinese is essential for daily operations and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
