Overview

This is a Sales role that represents a dynamic opportunity for a customer-centric professional to deliver superior travel services through comprehensive customer engagement, strategic account management, and meticulous tour planning and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication Management : Act as the primary point of contact for all customers' inquiries across various channels, B2C, B2B partnerships, social media, WhatsApp, and website communications.
Manage a diverse travel product portfolio, including cruise, yacht, and land-based offerings.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the client's policies and proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Drive high conversion rates through systematic follow-up on inquiries.
Uphold exceptional service standards and response times.

Strategic Account Management

Partnership Development : Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with business partners.

Consistently deliver excellent service through prompt and effective communication.

Additional Responsibilities

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility in supporting departmental objectives and organizational goals.
