Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class D driving licence . Age : 35 to 45 years.
  • Clean driving record (no major traffic offences). Preferably with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • SPM, STPM or Diploma preferably.
  • Experience as a personal driver is an advantage.
  • Driving as required — primarily within the Klang Valley, with occasional travel to other parts of Peninsular Malaysia.
  • Good spoken English is required (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
  • Responsible, hardworking, reliable and punctual.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuala Lumpur routes, traffic patterns, and use of Waze / Google Maps.
  • Willing to assist with tasks beyond driving when needed.
  • 6-day week.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the employer and passengers to various destinations, primarily within Klang Valley, with occasional travel to other parts of Peninsular Malaysia.
  • Plan and organise daily routes and trip schedules in advance to ensure timely arrivals and avoid traffic congestion, roadblocks or delays.
  • Drive attentively and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and road safety practices at all times.
  • Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and presentation by regularly cleaning both the interior and exterior, ensuring a pleasant travel environment for passengers.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition (e.g., oil level, tyres, battery, water, lights, etc.), and promptly report any mechanical issues.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with the employer and passengers to confirm travel arrangements, pick-up / drop-off times and other instructions.
  • Assist with occasional errands, including delivery and collection of documents or parcels and perform minor despatch duties as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information or matters concerning the employer’s family, business or personal affairs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and reliability, adapting to changes in schedule, assisting with additional duties when needed, and being available during agreed hours.
