Overview
Head of Finance, Commercial Project Management, Sub-Region SEA2 (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam). Lead the finance commercial project management function, drive transformation, and strengthen cross-regional collaboration with a focus on delivering customer value and regional business results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and empower the team in Sub-Region South East Asia 2, fostering development, regional competencies, and strong team spirit across a diverse, virtual environment.
- Own full commercial responsibility for the Central project portfolio, including KPI achievement, risk management, cash flow optimization, and profitability improvements.
- Drive strategic alignment and collaboration as part of the AP CPM Leadership team; work with stakeholders to contribute to regional initiatives and personnel development. Establish strong relationships between HQ and local teams, as well as with the PM and Sales organizations.
- Champion process excellence, including simplification, digitization, and AI exploration, while harmonizing commercial activities across AP CPM to leverage synergies.
- Ensure operational rigor through accurate financials, adherence to CPM policies, and oversight of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Act as a key escalation point on a sub-regional level, resolving internal and external commercial issues with a customer-focused approach.
What You Bring
A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPM certification is desirable.At least 10 years of progressive experience in commercial project and / or sales and / or finance management, including several years in a leadership role.Knowledge of Commercial Project / Sales Management, Controlling, and Reporting.Experience in transformation initiatives, change management, simplification, and digitalization is advantageous.Excellent communication and networking skills. Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.International work experience and high multicultural sensitivity.About The Team
