Web Application Frontend / Back End Software Developer on AWS

This position will be part of the IT Value Chain Solutions Supply Chain COE, providing support, solution, consultation and development services to internal application users across Keysight Worldwide. You will be part of the team who delivers world class support for key Enterprise Applications that are used to drive the Keysight business. As an experienced technical professional in web development for both frontend and backend web development, you will be part of a dynamic development team that is building the next generation collaboration between Keysight and their main external business partners. You will be using the latest tools and technologies and building capabilities partnering with counterparts on the business teams. Using your technical skills, you will build new capabilities on the collaboration platform and will showcase the results of the projects to and peers and IT management. You will also work on integration development between the Keysight cloud solutions and our core ERP Cloud environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities Provide technical solutions and system architectural recommendations to develop scalable web applications using Angular for the frontend and Java Spring Boot for the backend as well as integrate data from various data sources like MySQL and Oracle. Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure. Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodePipeline with integration of Git for source code control. Be an active member of the DevOps Scrum team that is responsible for maintaining and developing Keysight’s Supply Chain collaboration platform. Perform system analysis, provide technical solutions to new system enhancements and defects raised on the platform. Engage with the SysOps team to ensure stability of the platform with no IT security vulnerabilities. Collaborate with counterparts on the business teams to refine or clarify requirements and provide recommendations on best approaches. • Minimum requirement of bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years working experience in web development Demonstrated knowledge and exposure in frontend (Angular) and backend web development (Java Spring Boot) as well as Database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL). Knowledge in Cloud technologies (AWS / GCP / Azure) or possess interest in emerging technologies and best practices would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, EMS or Logistics) with experience in cloud based platforms (OCI) would be an advantage. Good problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, be able to converse fluently in English with a global team and a global customer base.
