Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Interviewing, and Hiring skills

Experience in sourcing and selecting candidates

Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
