About the Role : We’re seeking a Motion Graphics Lead with exceptional technical skills in both 2D and 3D motion design, and a passion for creating visually stunning, high‑quality work. In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a growing team of motion designers while driving creative excellence and innovation across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 motion designers (potential growth to 6–8).
Design and produce world‑class 2D and 3D motion graphics for a range of creative projects.
Oversee 2–3 projects at a time, ensuring visual consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with company directors to develop and execute creative concepts.
Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and technical guidance to the team.
Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate output.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Motion Designer or Motion Graphics Lead, with a strong portfolio showcasing expert‑level 2D and 3D work.

Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and other key industry software.

Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams.

Strong multitasking, organization, and time‑management abilities.

A passion for storytelling, innovation, and delivering top‑tier creative results.

Nice to Have

Experience in sound design, video editing, or compositing.

Familiarity with real‑time rendering or motion capture workflows.
