Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects using a process-based framework.
  • Achieve 95% on-time delivery rate for all major initiatives.
  • Maintain project budget variance within ±5%.

Asset Lifecycle Management

  • % of assets tracked from acquisition to retirement
  • Reduction in new asset purchases
  • % of assets disposed of in compliance with policy

    • IT Cost Optimization

  • % variance between actual and budgeted IT spend
  • Cost savings from license rationalization
  • % cost reduction through renegotiated contracts
  • Number of manual processes automated
  • Encourage innovation within the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
  • Pilot at least 2 emerging technologies annually.
  • Launch 1+ innovation-driven product or feature per year.

    • System Reliability & Security

  • Ensure 99.9%+ uptime across critical systems.
  • Reduction in support tickets or incidents
  • Lead quarterly security audits and close 100% of high-risk findings within 30 days.
  • Reduce incident response time by 20% YoY.
  • Deliver quarterly updates on roadmap progress to executive leadership.
  • Ensure 90%+ alignment of tech initiatives with business KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 engineers.
  • Implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for 100% of direct reports.
  • Foster a positive culture and Improve team engagement.

    • Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary technology liaison for business units and external partners.
  • Maintain stakeholder satisfaction score of 8+ / 10.
  • Conduct monthly steering committee meetings with key stakeholders.

    • Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and system integration
  • Familiarity with data engineering, data lakes, and real-time analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Experience working in product-centric organizations with OKR-driven delivery.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

    • Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation projects (preferably in the imaging services).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
