Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming business enquiries from Business Units and guide them through iCIMB procedures and direction in regards to the services we provide that can best suit their enquiries.
- Manage new business opportunities and grow the iCIMB contracts / businesses as per targets set by Management to meet the company’s business growth.
- Attend meetings with the business and process owners regarding enquiries or requests that could become new business opportunities.
- Guide stakeholders through the User Request Form submission (if required) to ensure seamless end-to-end client management until service is onboarded.
- Lead / assist in negotiating commercial terms with stakeholders to deliver optimum profitability and service level.
- Follow through with process owners and business units to gather updates / information for a quick turnaround on responses to requests submitted.
- Liaise with Process Owners regarding enquiries raised by the business and outline the possible service(s) and provide a proposed service offering, transition plan, service level, and charges.
- Ensure all documentation (e.g., Proposal, Service Level Agreement, CRN & URF) aligns with internal SOP, compliance, and governance guidelines.
- Coordinate between business and process owners to clearly define and fulfill expectations to the best of the team’s ability.
- Attend periodic operational / management meetings to stay abreast of the company’s direction and relay changes to the business; analyze cost, productivity, and department updates to drive optimization of internal teams and resources to meet growth targets.
- Manage or drive projects or initiatives that benefit day-to-day operations and / or enhance iCIMB’s stakeholder engagement.
- Support general administrative functions, reporting, documentation upkeep, and ensure compliance.
- Manage / support in ad hoc projects.
Other Responsibilities / Tasks Assigned By Management
Manage business expectations on all changes of policy and procedures within iCIMB that may impact the business.Follow through with finance and business on all outstanding invoices to minimize aging.Assist and support HOD / HOS for ad-hoc matters.Seniority level
