About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator and Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team at Three W Team Enterprise. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur Sentral, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Produce engaging visual and written content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Youtube, TikTok, Facebook & Instagram . Create compelling, on-brand content including text, images, videos, and graphics to share across social media channels.

Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the success of content and campaigns, and optimise strategy accordingly.

Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.

Source and curate user-generated content, as well as relevant industry news, articles and trends for sharing on social media.

Experience in cryptocurrency or web3 projects is preferred.

Provide recommendations on new ways to leverage social media to achieve business objectives.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in a content creation or social media marketing role, ideally within the marketing and communications industry.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content.

Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative content ideas.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
