Contractor Care Coordinator - Immediate Start, Kuala Lumpur

Contractor Care Coordinator – Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for contractors, addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Regularly check in to meet their needs and offer support via phone and email.
  • Coordinate timesheet submissions, ensure timely approvals, and manage contractor expenses with proper documentation.
  • Organise welcome calls for new contractors and assist with pre-assignment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and location changes, in collaboration with payroll teams. Monitor feedback to improve service.
  • Manage contract extensions and upload documentation to the CRM (Bullhorn).
  • Keep contractor records current and perform routine system audits for accuracy.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit applications, and travel logistics for contractors, ensuring mobilization and demobilization with client approvals.
  • Share potential leads and candidates with the sales team and assist with additional duties as assigned by your manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in contractor care, contractor management, or customer service.
  • Experience in contract recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive issue management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
