Senior Graphic & Creative Designer

Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion / video work Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Strong fundamentals in branding, typography, color, animation, and visual storytelling Proven ability to deliver campaign-level creative assets across digital and offline channels Excellent multitasking, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills Knowledge of photography, videography, or 3D design is a plus Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication
Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and digital marketing
- Design and produce visual assets and motion content, including key visuals, packaging, OOH, social media content, and short-form videos
- Provide art direction and production support for photography, videography, and video editing
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver impactful creative solutions aligned with POP MART’s brand identity
- Review and refine creative outputs for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay updated on design, video, and pop culture trends to bring fresh ideas into the brand
- Support cross-team projects to ensure creative alignment and execution
