Job descriptionProven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and equipment. Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identify and address maintenance issues. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. We offer attractive remuneration package based on experience. Free Clinical treatment. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs.
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, initiating procurement as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, equipment maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
- Preferably knowledge of air-con chiller system and fire fighting system.
