Senior Solution Designer (Ivalua)

You will play a vital role in supporting Ivalua applications integrated with SAP ERP, implementing customizations and changes to meet evolving business requirements.

Support Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Ivalua applications, ensuring smooth operations across S2C, SIM / SRM, and P2P modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations, approval flows, and system performance.
  • Analyze logs and error messages to identify root causes and minimize downtime.
  • Manage user profiles, authorizations, and access controls in compliance with security policies.
  • Handle incident and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor system stability, proactively addressing recurring issues or anomalies.
  • Support IT audit reviews and implement improvements to align with IT governance standards.

Change and Customization Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
  • Configure and customize Ivalua modules, workflows, and business processes to meet business needs.
  • Manage integrations and EAI console to ensure seamless data flow between Ivalua and external systems such as SAP.
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based reports and queries to provide actionable business insights.
  • Adapt system configurations, approval flows, and module settings to support changing business processes.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Ivalua’s data structure and table relationships for accurate integration and reporting.

    • Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with S2C, SIM / SRM, and P2P modules, including configuration and customization to meet business needs, is an advantage.
  • Proficient in configuring workflows, forms, business rules, and UI elements in Ivalua.
  • Skilled in Ivalua scripting (VSL) and SQL for solution enhancement and reporting.
  • Familiar with API and web service integrations between Ivalua and other systems.
  • Strong understanding of approval flows, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Good knowledge of Ivalua’s standard tables, configurations, and module functionalities.
  • Able to manage integrations and the EAI console for smooth data exchange.
  • Experienced in analyzing logs, system behavior, and errors for issue resolution.
  • Knowledgeable in Ivalua’s security, access control, and user authorization management.
