About the role

As a Sales Executive at TSAK Metal Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by actively identifying and converting new sales opportunities. In this full-time position based in Penang, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure the continued success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively prospect and identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to secure repeat business
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing initiatives
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the metal industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
