We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Researcher to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The Talent Researcher plays a key role in contributing to PERSOLKELLY’s profitability by successfully making candidate placements. Their primary responsibility is to identify and source qualified candidates to fulfill the job orders provided by the Consultants.

What You'll Do :

• An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
• Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
• Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on-line media, referrals, etc.
• Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
• Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
• Obtain feedback and results from Consultants regarding the candidates presented. Ensure all candidates are kept informed about the outcome of their application.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates until they receive either an offer or a rejection from the client.
• Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner.
• Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies.
• Other ad hoc duties.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources and sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Possess bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
