Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is located in Krubong, Melaka. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the product qualification team. Lead the qualification process for new products, ensuring they meet AECQ regulatory and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to drive projects from concept to production. Develop and execute test plans to validate product performance and reliability. Analyze test data and generate reports to support product qualification decisions. Identify and resolve issues that arise during the qualification process. Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards and AECQ regulatory requirements. Support research, data analysis, and the R&D department in developing new products and improving existing ones. Responsible for product reliability test systems and planning reliability process flow activities and data analysis after stress tests and related tasks. Maintain KPIs for the area of responsibility as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Science, or another Engineering-related field. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a semiconductor environment. Knowledge of reliability test requirements, particularly in AECQ and JEDEC specifications. Knowledge of machines / equipment operation, hardware and software, for troubleshooting. Strong knowledge in electrical and electronic disciplines. Proficiency with statistical software tools, especially Minitab. Strong analytical thinking, technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proven project management ability, including planning, scheduling, organizing and data management. Excellent communication with cross-functional teams, documentation and teamwork. What we offer
