Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
