Tasks
- Own and deliver overall company growth objectives by developing & excuting high-performance sales strategies
- Build & manage a robust pipeline of high-value accounts, targeting strategic verticals, and trade lanes to capture new markets
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to business closure, with a focus on volume, margins, retention + expansion
Growth-oriented Sales Management
Recruit, lead & mentor a high-performance sales team with a hunter mindsetInspiring & guiding sales representatives to achieve their individual targets and overall team goalsInstill discipline & accountability ie. daily activity targets, Sales KPIs and measurable growth metricsAnalyzing Sales Performance using data-driven Sales CRM ie. pipeline reviews, converstion ratios and performance dashboardClient Relationship Management
Developing & maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersCross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement & customer service teams to ensure consistency in meeting customer expectations and overall service excellenceManagement Reporting
Maintain accurate & up-to-date Monthly Sales Performance Report to Country Head & HOS ie. REV & GP against Target, Pipeline (Wins & Forecast), Trade Lane & Vertical development & insights etcTo perform Ad-hoc duties or projects assignment by Country Head & HOSQualifications
Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Admin or equivalentHunter mindset with min 5 years of experience in leading a sales organsiation (Business Development, KAM)Well versed in Logistics / 3PL industry, Air & Ocean Freight & Contract LogisticsCustomer-centric philosophy, placing high value on service executionExceptional Teamwork and the ability to drive success across multiple stackholders / regionsModern, hybrid working environment and flexible working hoursSustainably growing family-owned business with diverse tasks in one of the industries of the futureComprehensive onboarding program and career planning (DACHSER Academy)Health managementAt DACHSER, all people are welcome.
