Overview

This global manufacturing MNC in precision engineering solutions seeks an experienced and dependable Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support leadership with strategic insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily finance functions, including Accounts Receivable, Costing, General Ledger, Cash Management, and Capex.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports such as monthly management accounts, weekly cash flow reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Partner closely with operations teams to conduct detailed financial analysis of business units.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring work is performed effectively and in line with established procedures.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications to Succeed

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent. Professional certification (Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Possess 8-10 years of finance and accounting experience with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Able to interpret and simplify complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and business acumen skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems e.g. Oracle or SAP is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate smooth communication with cross-border stakeholders.
  • Willing to relocate to China.
