Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Consultant located in Batu Pahat. The Customer Care Consultant will be responsible for providing customer support, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
