Job description

To assist Head Of Department doing administrative duties and keeping the dept in order. Supporting the marketing dept in marketing their services, attending to clients and generating invoices.

Responsibilities :

  • To assist the Head Of Deparment.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding,scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

Job Types : Full-time, Internship

Contract length : 3 - 6 months

Pay : From RM1,000.00 per month
