Job descriptionPrevious experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry Strong knowledge of coffee and coffee-making techniques, as well as the ability to prepare a wide range of specialty drinks Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, attentive, and helpful demeanour Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Effective communication and teamwork skills
What you\'ll be doing
- Preparing a wide variety of coffee-based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages to our customer\'s specifications
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service to ensure a positive experience for all our guests
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised work area to support efficient operations
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
- Collaborating with the team to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
