This is an on-site role for a motivated Tea Barista at CHAGEE Malaysia outlets located in Klang Valley. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for preparing tea beverages, maintaining cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of CHAGEE customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Rotation Shift ( 9am-12am, will arrange by store PIC accordingly or upon request)
