Prepare, process and issue sales quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery orders.Monitor and keep good track of stock inventory by ensuring accuracy of data recording.Plan, manage and coordinate delivery schedule and daily transport shipment.Assist salesperson in monitoring customer accounts and aging reports.Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including china customers, suppliers, transporters and outsource agents.Prepare and submit monthly reports for review.Ensure proper record filling and documentation of reports.REQUIREMENTS
- Primary Language(s) : English, Manderin.
- SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years' working experience in a similar field.
- Result-oriented, aggressive, ability to communicate with a pleasant personality.
- Possess own vehicle and must be computer literate.
