Job Descriptions :
- Assist with the development, implementation, and management of risk management activities for BHSB and BoostCos. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, integrated risk registers. Coordinate the review of risk profiles, assess the status of risk treatment plans on a periodic basis.
- Working with Risk Leads in respective BoostCos to steer and facilitate risk management conversation through regular Risk Leads Cadence. Act as an advisor on risk related matters including risk assessments and risk assurance activities.
- Establish risk assurance (i.e. key control testing) process, from analyzing the requirements, selection of testing approach, preparation of test plans, execution of test plans and reporting.
- Lead the execution of the annual SORMIC assessment including preparation and approval of scope, review of SORMIC rating, issuance of findings and remediation and closure of management of action plans, for quarterly report to RCMC and BRCC. Assist with the preparation of SORMIC Management Representation Letter (MRL)
- Prepare risk reports for Risk & Compliance Management Committee (RCMC) monthlyand BRCC on quarterlybasis. Assist the secretariat for BRCC preparation.
- Drive risk culture through the provision of risk management risk awareness and training programs.
- Manage trackingand reporting of ERM CEO KPI for BHSB and BoostCos, including remediation actions to completion.
- Participate in the review of technology, information, cyber risk relatedregulatory and legal guidelines and provide risk POV.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and related risks, regulatory requirements for technology and information security and industry trends.
Job Requirements :
Working Experience : At least 3 years’ experience in technology, information, enterprise, or operational risk management.Education Background : Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, IT or related fields.Good knowledge of risk management, compliance, governance related activities.Basic understanding of digital financial services & banking is an added advantage.Seniority level
