Sales & Business Development Manager

Pay Range

Base pay range is provided by PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives (projects & sub-sales).
  • Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure high closing ratios.
  • Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to SPA signing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and secure new developer partnerships and exclusive project appointments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, bankers, and legal firms.
  • Attend industry events, represent the agency in high-level project meetings.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and buyer behaviors to spot opportunities.
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand the PropNex Cheras brand presence.
  • Identify and onboard new associate partners / team leaders / negotiators.
  • Build recruitment funnels and drive agent productivity & retention.
  • Assist in the execution of performance-based campaigns and recognition programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales or developer liaison roles.
  • Proven leadership and business development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project marketing, SPA processes, and property market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
  • Driven by targets, motivated by growth, and committed to excellence.
