Title and Summary

Manager, Enterprise Operations Overview :

As the Manager for Enterprise Operations, you will support and assist with the design, architecture, implementation, security of large multi-site, multi-vendor MPLS network communication environments.

The Role

Manage and implement network projects.
Develop detailed requirements for upgrading existing corporate and Mastercard networks, as well as re-architecting network segments in order to facilitate new requirements, technologies and growth.
Resolve network communications and operations problems impacting customer or backbone access and performance globally.
Participate in telecommunications-related initiatives.
Research and develop innovative solutions around unified network solutions.
Support assigned regional projects, which include responsibility for planning; time and cost control; resource utilization and implementation.
Support Vendor management.

All about You

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math, or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience will be preferred.

Minimally 5 years of overall IT experience in the following areas : Networking, including LAN / WAN; Firewalls; wireless; Security and encryption technologies.

Experience with TCP / IP protocol communications.

Broad of Cisco’s product portfolio.

Broad knowledge of Project Management methodology and best practices.

Knowledge of Network diagnostics, BGP, SNMP, VPN, SSH, MPLS technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Self-starter with demonstrated listening skills.

Demonstrated leadership as a mentor by coaching team members and guiding the team in applying sound judgment to effectively resolve challenges.

Limited supervision; work may be reviewed for direction and strategy.

Work Arrangements

Hybrid working environment while supporting a 24 by 7 Global Network operations.

Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and

Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
