Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pest control treatments, performing inspections, and identifying pest issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of services provided, communicating with customers, and providing recommendations for pest prevention. The role requires frequent interaction with clients to educate and guide them about pest control measures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pest control methods and treatments
• Experience in conducting inspections and identifying pest issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification or training in pest control services is a plus
• Physical capability to perform the required tasks
