Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads; follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and referrals; present company products / solutions (e.g., ERP, SaaS, IT solutions) to prospects via phone, email, or online demos; understand customer business challenges and position solutions that align with their needs; collaborate with field sales / business development managers for meetings, proposals, and deal closures. Account Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business; support existing accounts with product knowledge, renewal discussions, and upselling opportunities; provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting & Market Feedback : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (leads, qualified opportunities, revenue); update CRM with accurate sales activities and pipeline status; provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities. Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (B2B preferred). Familiar with Malaysia market dynamics (SMEs, corporates, government tenders, etc.). Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and pitch IT / ERP / SaaS solutions. Experience with ERP (SAP, Microsoft etc), CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Comfortable engaging with C-level executives (CFOs, CIOs, Directors) via phone / online meetings. Nice-to-Have

Experience with ERP (SAP, Microsoft etc). Understanding of Malaysia’s SME landscape, manufacturing, trading, or services industries. Familiarity with government procurement (tenders, RFIs, RFQs) processes. Senioritiy level
