We're Hiring : Growth Marketing Specialist – Focused on European Markets

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Join our international marketing team and help us connect with top-tier decision-makers across Europe.

Are you a hands-on digital marketer passionate about executing impactful campaigns that drive awareness and generate quality leads? We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our international marketing team, activities focused on European markets.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our strategy to life—working closely with both marketing and business teams to engage senior decision-makers across industries.

Your Audience

You’ll help us reach :

CXOs at large enterprises across Europe
Sales, marketing and business development professionals from technology companies of all sizes

What You’ll Do

Execute campaigns across paid and organic channels , especially LinkedIn , Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

Plan and send email campaigns in close coordination with the team (HubSpot experience is a plus)

Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to align goals and content

Support content creation with basic design tasks (experience with design tools is a bonus)

Track and optimize campaign performance based on clear KPIs

Understand and apply lead funnel logic MQLs to SQLs and how to nurture leads through it

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You...

Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing

Know how to work independently on campaign execution while collaborating in a team

Understand how to tailor messaging for senior B2B audiences

Are data-driven and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail

Can handle multiple projects in a fast-moving, international environment

Key Success Factors

Consistent delivery of well-targeted, high-performing marketing activities

Effective collaboration with stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams

Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture high-quality leads for sales

Clear, timely reporting and insight sharing from campaigns
