Growth Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionExecute campaigns across paid and organic channels , especially LinkedIn , Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Plan and send email campaigns in close coordination with the team (HubSpot experience is a plus) Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to align goals and content Support content creation with basic design tasks (experience with design tools is a bonus) Track and optimize campaign performance based on clear KPIs Understand and apply lead funnel logic MQLs to SQLs and how to nurture leads through it Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing Know how to work independently on campaign execution while collaborating in a team Understand how to tailor messaging for senior B2B audiences Are data-driven and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail Can handle multiple projects in a fast-moving, international environment Consistent delivery of well-targeted, high-performing marketing activities Effective collaboration with stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture high-quality leads for sales Clear, timely reporting and insight sharing from campaigns One or two specific examples of recent campaigns you’ve executed—what was your role, the goal, the channels used, and the outcome Tools you used (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) Any performance results or learnings you can share
